  • Background
    As one of the UK’s largest ‘care in the home’ providers, Bluebird Care has grown very rapidly – from a single franchise in 2002, to over 200 franchises nationwide – but up until a couple of years ago, they hadn’t given much thought to their brand. As such, it was becoming disjointed and they had several agencies working with them, all delivering different standards of work. They needed someone to take ownership of their brand and help them manage it effectively, which is where we came in.

  • What we did
    We had to tread softly to begin with, so as not to upset the franchise owners by trying to change too much too soon. We started by developing a new brand strategy for the business around a ‘day in the life’ theme, before developing guidelines and a new font and colour scheme, and organising a two-week photo shoot to build up their image library. We’ve since worked on a huge range of projects, including all of their printed collateral, advertising, exhibitions, brand guidelines and have just launched the new website www.bluebirdcare.co.uk
  • 100th Franchise Conference Lunch at the Bluebird Restaurant
  • The results
    Bluebird Care now has a strong brand that fits with who they are and what they stand for, as well as over 700 images they can use across their communications. They value our advice and see us an integral part of their business, so much so that they invited us to launch the new branding and website at their 2011 conference and we were delighted to be invited celebrate at the 100th franchise lunch.
