  • “SandisonPay were the creative inspiration behind my company’s fantastic new branding. From initial concept to final delivery, their input was first class. The feedback we’ve had from clients since our brand launch in February 2011 has been very positive. Both Claire and David have been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.”

  • Background
A commercial property company, based in Southampton and Fareham, Hughes Ellard had had the same brand, more or less, for 30 years. While there was some resistance to change in some camps, they knew they needed a new look and feel, and they came to us with a very open brief. They wanted to move things on but they weren’t entirely sure how.
  • What we did
We started as we always do on branding projects (and most other projects for that matter) by getting to know the organisation and what makes them tick. Working in partnership with our specialist marketing associate David Banyard, we developed a brand strategy for the business based around the idea of levels (levels of service, levels of buildings, levels of achievement), and established an image library to illustrate the theme. We then applied the new brand across absolutely everything, from Powerpoints, press releases and the website to property boards, pens and a sponsored cycle ride.
  • The results
Hughes Ellard now has a brand that runs very strongly throughout their entire business. And the more we do, they more impact it has. The business has not only seen an increase in hits on their website, they’ve also enjoyed increased sales since we’ve been working with them. And it’s very much an ongoing relationship – we’re continually working on new ideas, such as regular emails new mailers a phase two approach to the digital marketing, all designed to increase brand awareness and sales.
