Building a social toolkit that cares for the brand
Care Friends is one of the UK's leading employee referral and engagement platforms for the social care sector, helping care providers attract, retain, and reward their teams through a simple, mobile-first experience.
As the platform has grown, so has the volume and variety of its social media output. Care Friends needs to communicate a steady stream of partner announcements, success stories, milestones, and product updates, and they recognised that their existing templates lacked the level of brand consistency they wanted across different messages and campaigns.
We developed a comprehensive suite of social media templates covering six distinct content types, each adapted across multiple sizes and formats, including static posts, carousels, and animated assets. The brief was to bring brand discipline to the content the team were already producing, without making their day-to-day any harder.
Once approved, the full suite was handed over as ready-to-use Canva templates, giving the Care Friends team complete control over future content creation.
