40,000 nautical miles. 70-foot ocean racing yachts. No previous sailing experience necessary. The Clipper Race is one of the biggest challenges in the natural world – offering adventurous amateurs the opportunity to carve out a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will live long in the memory. Over the years, SandisonPay has supported Clipper Yachts across a wide range of marketing and communications projects, helping the team attract commercial partners and strengthen relationships with its growing global community.

One of the most significant initiatives was Clipper Connect, an alumni programme designed to maintain relationships with former crew members long after they crossed the finish line. We developed launch event collateral and ongoing promotional assets that helped establish the programme and encourage participation. Since launch, Clipper Yachts has significantly increased engagement with its alumni network, creating new opportunities for events, partnerships and community-building.

Alongside this work, we helped refresh and evolve Clipper’s partnership marketing materials, creating a more dynamic suite of collateral that better captured the race’s excitement, ambition and global reach while remaining firmly rooted in the Clipper brand. The resulting platform continues to support conversations with sponsors, partners and host ports around the world.
