Transforming corporate catering with a Michelin touch

Soothe came to us with a bold ambition. Founded by two chefs trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, their mission is to shake up the world of corporate and conference catering with food that people actually remember. No more beige buffets or uninspired platters. Instead, Soothe delivers dishes that are seasonal, vibrant and carefully crafted, food that can serve hundreds at scale but still feels like something you’d expect in a restaurant. It is a refreshing step-change in a sector that’s been crying out for innovation.

With a loyal client base already behind them and bigger plans to evolve their brand in the future, the immediate priority was clear: they needed to get online quickly with a site that could showcase their story and their food.

From brief to build

We built a Shopify site designed to be both practical and polished. It gives the team an easy way to manage orders day to day, while presenting their menus in a way that truly does them justice. To make it sing, photography was key. We partnered with Natural Selection Design, with Lara and Tom spending time in the kitchen and on site to capture the colour, craft and energy of the Soothe team in action. The result is a website that feels alive, every page infused with the same passion that goes into the food itself.

The outcome

The new site is live and ready to fuel Soothe’s next stage of growth. Clean design, simple navigation and powerful photography combine to create a digital presence that finally matches the quality of their food. It gives them a platform that works today while leaving space for the brand to evolve over time. Most importantly, it positions them as a distinctive voice in the catering sector, raising expectations and proving that conference food can be something worth talking about.

Matt, Founder

“Working with SandisonPay felt like having an extension of our own team. They understood our vision from the start, captured it perfectly on the website, and guided us through the whole process. The photography, the build, the design it all came together seamlessly. We now have a platform that not only works for us day to day, but also tells our story and shows people exactly what makes us different.”
